LENGTH OF TIME: We find that 1 hour is a nice length of time for one-on-one. Longer sessions may be appropriate depending on your needs.
CONDITIONS and CUSTOMIZATION: Private lessons are tailored specifically to you: your needs, conditions (pre- and post-natal, arthritis, etc, including any medical condition), level of experience, special requests for adjustments or advanced asana how-to’s (including learning headstand, arm or forearm balances and handstand).
BEGINNERS: Private lessons are an amazing platform for beginning yoga students to avoid injury and quickly develop increased comfort in a variety of yoga styles.
RATES: Private lessons with Ariele start at $115 (video chat) and $125 in person. There are discounts for purchases of 10 or more. There is no extra charge for extra people or small groups. We accept payment in cash, via Paypal, and via check. Please note: there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please send an email at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your lesson without a fee. Thank you for understanding.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Private yoga lessons make welcome gifts for birthdays, holidays, graduations, weddings, and baby showers. Group sessions are a healthy indulgence and much-needed stress-reduction addition for weddings, bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more.
